Admitted grapevine: 60% Trebbiano Toscano, 40% other authorized white grapes, all picked inside the borders of the Appellation.
Grapes yield: max 110 quintal / hectare
Grapes / wine yield: max 70%
Release date: from 1st of February of the next year after the harvest, in Bordeaux or Burgundy bottle of capacity not bigger than 5 lt, closed with natural cork.
Montecucco Doc Vermentino
Admitted grapevine: 85% Vermentino, 15% other authorized white grapes, all picked inside the borders of the Appellation.
Grapes yield: max 110 quintal / hectare
Grapes / wine yield: max 70%
Release date: from 1st of February of the next year after the harvest, in Bordeaux or Burgundy bottle of capacity not bigger than 5 lt, closed with natural cork.
