The Montecucco wine with food
Just like every self-respecting wine, ours will find its truest expression together with the traditional cuisine of the Amiata and the Maremma.
The Montecucco bianco (white wine) goes very well with acqua cotta and newly made ricotta.
The Montecucco Vermentino (white wine) is a perfect coupling for tortelli maremmani al ragù.
The Montecucco Rosso (red wine) is a fine match for roasted chestnuts, whereas the Montecucco Rosso Riserva is the perfect companion of polenta and mushrooms.
Finally, the Montecucco Sangiovese gives that extra touch to roasted pork as well as to a bruschetta sprinkled with extravergine olive oil.
